Agreement

By purchasing from Sew Much Moore, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. By checking the "Agree to the Terms & Conditions" box during the purchase process, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

Minimum Order Requirement

Wholesale customers must meet the minimum order requirement of 6 units per SKU for each order placed. Orders that do not meet this criterion will not be processed.

Shipping

Shipping fees are the responsibility of the wholesale customer. Please note that Sew Much Moore only ships to the 50 states within the United States and does not extend to territories.

Use of QR Codes

Our patterns often come with embedded QR codes that link to valuable assets such as PDF printable and coupon codes. These assets are created to provide the end user with tools and bonuses to enhance their project completion experience. It is essential that the end users access these assets personally to ensure they receive the full benefits and updates Sew Much Moore offers.

As a wholesale customer, you agree not to print or distribute the assets linked through the QR codes to the end users. The end users should be the ones to scan the QR codes and access these assets directly. This approach helps in maintaining a direct and enriching connection with the end users, which is beneficial for everyone involved. Failure to comply with this condition may result in a violation of this agreement.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

All patterns and associated content are the intellectual property of Sew Much Moore. Duplicating, copying, distributing, or selling these patterns without explicit permission is strictly prohibited. Violations of copyright and intellectual property rights will be met with legal action. Any unauthorized copies made and distributed will result in an invoice for the copies made, and potential prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.

Violation of Terms

In the event of a violation of any of these terms, Sew Much Moore reserves the right to terminate this agreement and pursue all remedies available under the law.
