This all-inclusive event is the perfect opportunity to relax, connect, and create with fellow quilters in a vibrant, mid-century modern-inspired space. Designed with quilters in mind, the Art Nest Center offers luxurious, adjustable sewing stations, ample quilting space, and plenty of comfortable lounging areas for you to enjoy downtime with friends. Take a break from the hustle of daily life, immerse yourself in your projects, and let us handle the rest.
What’s Included:
• Accommodations from Thursday to Sunday with check-in at 10 AM on February 6 and check-out at 1 PM on February 9.
• All meals provided throughout your stay, including:
• Lunch and dinner on Thursday
• Breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Friday and Saturday
• Breakfast and lunch on Sunday
• Open-Sew Format: Bring your own sewing machine and projects, or rent a machine onsite for added convenience.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Rooms are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Both ground-floor and upstairs rooms are available, with each room offering an en suite bathroom for privacy. Please note that upstairs rooms are accessible by stairs only; there is no elevator on-site. Book early to secure your preferred accommodations, and feel free to bring your Quilty friends along for a truly fun experience!
Restrictions:
• Non-Refundable: The retreat fee is non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your spot to someone else; however, arranging the transfer is your responsibility. We will assist by sharing information from our waitlist if possible, but we cannot guarantee a replacement.
• Transportation: Transportation to and from the retreat center is not included. For those flying into Kansas City International Airport, shuttle transportation can be arranged for an additional cost. Please let us know if you need this service so we can provide cost details.
