This listing is for a deposit toward a custom remembrance bear made from meaningful clothing or fabric you provide. Purchasing this deposit secures your place in my production queue and officially starts the process.

After checkout, you’ll receive a downloadable PDF with clear instructions on what to send, how much is needed, and where to ship your items. Once your materials arrive, your bear will be handcrafted with care and attention to detail.

Remembrance bears are a popular option when you want to preserve special clothing but a full memory quilt isn’t the right fit. They’re especially meaningful for baby clothes, toddler outfits, first birthdays, baby showers, or honoring a loved one who has passed. Many families choose this option to create multiple bears from the same collection of garments so children or grandchildren can each have one.

Optional custom embroidery is available and is typically placed on the foot of the bear. This can include a name, date, or short phrase.

Turnaround Time

Please allow 2–6 weeks from the time your materials are received.

Pricing & Payment Details

To receive an exact price for your custom remembrance bear, the deposit must be purchased first. The deposit secures your spot in the production queue and allows me to review your materials and customization requests.

Your final total will be determined based on the details of your project, including the number of bears requested, the type of materials provided, and any optional embroidery. The deposit is applied toward your final balance.

You will not be required to pay the remaining balance until your bear is complete and ready for pickup or shipment.

If you are not local to the Kansas City area or prefer shipping:

• You are responsible for shipping your items to me

• You are also responsible for shipping the finished bear back to you

All balances, including shipping, must be paid in full before pickup or shipment. No items will be released or shipped until payment is complete.

These bears are keepsakes. While the eyes and nose are securely attached using high-quality stitching and thread, small parts could become a choking hazard if loosened. They are not intended for unsupervised play by young children.
