Custom T-Shirt Quilt Deposit

This is for a deposit only.  

Making a deposit will place you into the Quilting Que.  

Please read this entire listing to understand the entire cost of your custom quilt.

I will make a T-shirt Quilt just for you! Each shirt is heavily quilted in a free motion style. Backing is 100% high quality cotton fabric.  There is also a layer of batting (cotton) in between the top and the backing of your T-Shirt Quilt.

Each quilt will be custom designed with the colors of your choice. We could use school colors, team colors, neutral black, or the recipients favorite color. I back with 100% cotton fabric in the hopes that this quilt will be used and treasured for years. You will get top quality cottons, batting and backing.

Don't overlook sweatshirts, boxer shorts or any garment that you treasure. The amount of shirts/garments will determine the size.

When comparing my designs to other quilts please note that my quilts are entirely quilted, which is also more time consuming. If these qualities are as important to you as they are to me, look no further!

Your finished quilt will be machine washable and can also be placed in the dryer.

All items are made in my smoke free home studio!

Customer is responsible for paying for shipping of t-shirts to Sew Much Moore and any special items that they have that they may want added to quilt. I will provide all fabric and material needed to finish the t-shirt quilt.  Sew Much Moore is not responsible for lost items in transit.  Please insure your shipments.

All fabrics will be pre-washed before quilt is started to prevent fabric shrinkage.

Thank you for your deposit of $125.00 upon ordering.  Your balance will be due prior to shipping/pickup.  Please send me your shirts within 4 weeks of deposit. No refunds on deposits after the 4 weeks.  I am in contact with you along the way from the time the shirts arrive to layout approval to final picture when the quilt is complete.  I do not accept returns on made to order items.  

Quilts take approximately 8-12 weeks to complete. This may be less or more depending on time of the year. Usually April/May are busy due to graduations as well as Oct/Nov/Dec due to the holidays. Quilt times may stretch farther than the 6-weeks, but I will always let you know prior.

For best results, it is always recommended to dry clean the quilt, but if you decide to wash in washer and dry in dryer, you will need to ALWAYS wash in a large commercial tumble machine in cold water with a mild soap and dry in a large commercial tumble dryer on coldest setting possible. NEVER wash or dry in an agitator machine or home dryer, as it could damage quilt.  Sew Much Moore will not be liable for fading or damage to the t-shirt quilt once it has been washed and/or dried by customer.

You will receive a Quilt Order form when you purchase your deposit.  Please print that out and send your completed form with your shirts.  Shipping address is on the order form.
