The theme for our October 2026 Swap is Needle Book Swap! 

Each participant will be assigned a partner (domestic or international), to create and mail a handmade Needle Book.

Quilt Block Club Members can swap for FREE!

Quilt Block Club Members will use their coupon code to process (1) transaction without additional ticket cost.

What is a Needle Book?

A needle book is a small, portable sewing accessory designed to safely store and organize your sewing needles. It's a fun project for showcasing beautiful fabrics, practicing quilting and stitching techniques, and adding your own creative touches. Needle books are practical, easy to personalize, and make wonderful handmade gifts for fellow sewists.

  • Signup Deadline is Tuesday, September 29, 2026, and partners will be revealed on Thursday, October 1, 2026
  • Shipping deadline is Friday, October 30, 2026
  • Participants will ship their completed Needle Book to their assigned partner. 
  • Shipping costs are the participant's responsibility.
Upon purchase, you’ll receive an email containing a PDF with all the details you need:

1. Google Form Access: A link to a form where you provide your name, mailing address, and indicate if you’re open to international shipping. Please remember, all shipping costs are your responsibility.

Please note that by purchasing this ticket and filling out the google form, you will be partnered with another participant (you choose if you want to be paired with a domestic or international quilter) and then you will ship the swap package at your own expense.

PS - why is this swap ticket so expensive?  Because most of my swappers are members of the Quilt Block Club and Swap for free (almost every month).
Also - this helps to keep out the folks that can't seem to follow through with sending a swap package!
