Each participant will be assigned a partner (domestic or international), to create and mail a handmade Thread Catcher.

ps - why is this swap ticket so expensive?  Because most of my swappers are members of the Quilt Block Club and Swap for free (almost every month).
Also - this helps to keep out the folks that can't seem to follow through with sending a swap package!
