Each participant will be assigned a partner (domestic or international), make and ship them a Hot Pad.

What is a Hot Pad?

A hot pad (or pot holder) is a small but mighty kitchen essential designed to protect surfaces from hot dishes or to help handle warm cookware safely. It’s the perfect project to use up fabric scraps, try new quilting techniques, and play with color and texture. Hot pads are quick to make, practical, and make wonderful handmade gifts!

  • Signup Deadline is Thursday, October 30th and partners will be revealed on Monday, November 3rd, 2025.
  • Shipping deadline is Monday, December 1st, 2025
  • Participants will ship their completed Hot Pad to their assigned partner. 
  • Shipping costs are the participant's responsibility.

1. Google Form Access: A link to a form where you provide your name, mailing address, and indicate if you’re open to international shipping. Please remember, all  shipping costs are your responsibility.

Please note that by purchasing this ticket and filling out the google form, you will be partnered with another participant (you choose if you want to be paired with a domestic or international quilter) and then you will ship the swap package at your own expense.
